Rules and Conditions of Entry
Apart from recognition from peers and the industry, each category winner receives a a plaque as recognition. The winner also has a one year bragging right from winning such category. With a one year exclusive VIP acces to all events/programmes linked with the awards. The category winners then have the opportunity to win the overall Supreme Award valued at #50,000In addition winners receive further recognition by being profiled in various broadcast & print mediums via our supporting media partners and also on www.santiagopad.blogspot.com AND on this website.
Rules and Conditions of Entry
- Entries close 5pm, Friday 25th February 2011.
- Each entrant must provide 3 printed/photocopied and bound copies of each category entered. It must be set out in the official Pharmacy Awards entry template available from this website. All entrant details are to be correctly filled out.
- All entries will be acknowledged in writing by the Pharmacy Awards Coordinator, within 7 days of receipt. If acknowledgement has not been received, it is the entrant’s responsibility to follow this up.
- Entry is open to students from any of the South East tertiary instituitions: Imo, Abia, Ebonyi, Enugu & Anambra. .
- You may enter as many categories as you like, but with separate entries. No multiple entries for the same project are permitted. Clearly indicate on your entry email which category you have entered. The judges reserve the right to re-assign any entry if it is believed to be more appropriate within a different category.
- All finalists will be notified via email onthe26th February 2011.
- All category winners will be announced at the Eastern Nigerian Universities Awards ceremony in Owerri on Saturday, 27th February 2011. It is a requirement of the awards that all finalists attend the presentation at the awards event.
- The judges’ decision will be final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- Judging of the award categories is undertaken without reference to the sponsors or event promoters.
- Finalists agree to have their photos used for 'ENU' Awards publicity.
